Captain Arthur J. Miller, Commanding Officer, Southwest Patrol Division
Detective Eloy Ochoa, Southwest Division, Sex Crimes Detail
        
WHY:       News conference to request the public’s assistance in capturing a rape suspect, who restrained the victim against her will, tortured her, poured acid on her face and then sexually assaulted her.  Police are also asking for the public’s help in identifying any additional victims.

VISUALS: A photograph of the Suspect and of a vehicle similar to the one used by the suspect will be available for viewing.
