WHY:
LAPD Criminal Gang and Homicide Division detectives will announce the arrest of the suspects who were involved in a shooting on Halloween in South Los Angeles.

Five-year-old Aaron Shannon was shot and later died from a gunshot wound, and two family members were also injured from the shooting.

Detectives will provide additional details of the shooting and about the arrested suspects.
