Beckman High School will be having a lunchtime rally to bring about awareness to Freddy’s situation, as well as all leukemia patients.  Freddy, a kicker on the Beckman junior varsity football team was diagnosed with leukemia on Sept. 19, 2010.  Speaking at the rally will be Anissa and Marissa Ayala.  Anissa was diagnosed with leukemia at the same age as Freddy has been involved with supporting Freddy since she learned of his diagnosis.  Marissa, Anissa’s sister, was Anissa’s bone marrow donor and is excited to give her support to Freddy as well.  The following day will be a fundraiser with fun activities throughout the day to raise money for Freddy’s cause.
