Robbery Suspect Caught on Video in Koreatown NR13484gb

Los Angeles:  Los Angeles Police Department Olympic Area Robbery detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of suspects who committed an armed robbery at a jewelry store inside the Hankook Plaza in Koreatown.
On Monday, November 4, 2013, around 10:10 a.m., three male Black suspects entered the Hankook Plaza located in the 3100 block of West Olympic Boulevard and approached the jewelry store.  One of the suspects produced a handgun and held the employees at gunpoint.  A second suspect jumped over the jewelry display counters and removed thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry.  The third suspect held a security guard at gunpoint when he attempted to intervene.  The suspects then ran out of the plaza and fled in a silver or gray color Chrysler Pacifica with a paper plate. 
A store surveillance camera captured the image of one of the suspects.
Suspect #1 is described as a male Black, wearing gray hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants. He stands about six feet tall and weighs around 170 lbs.
Suspect #2 is described as a male Black, wearing dark color clothes and a dark colored beanie. He is around six feet tall and weighs around 165 lbs.
Suspect #3 is described as a male Black, wearing a mask, gray hood over a dark colored sweatshirt and blue pants.
