66-Year-Old Missing Veteran NR14450jr

Los Angeles:   The family of Cecil Tyrone Whitson and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help to locate Mr. Cecil Tyrone Whitson, a Los Angeles resident.

Cecil Tyrone Whitson is described as a 66-year-old male Black with brown/grey hair and brown eyes.  He stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds.  

Cecil Tyrone Whitson was last seen at 8th Street and Union Avenue, in the City of Los Angeles, on November 14, 2014, around 5:30 PM.  Cecil is suffering from Dementia, Diabetes and PTSD. Cecil is a Vietnam veteran.  Cecil’s family is concerned that he has not been located.

Anyone with information on Cecil Tyrone Whitson’s whereabouts is asked to contact Detective A.
