WHO: LAPD Captain II Beverly Lewis, Commanding Officer, Valley Traffic Division LAPD Detective III Bill Bustos, Commanding Officer, Valley Traffic Detectives Sergeant I Stephen Egan, Valley Traffic Division Valley Traffic Division officers and personnel LAPD Mission Area Cadets VTAC board members WHY: Halloween is an exciting night of the year and a special treat for young children. Parents and motorists need to be especially cautious and alert during Halloween to ensure the safety of all pedestrians. Valley Traffic Division is presenting its first open haunted house where you will find Halloween adventure and special entertainment. It is a free community event. Halloween traffic safety tips will also be provided to ensure everyone’s safety.
