"LAPDOnline Officer is Promoted to Detective"

The Web - Police Officer II Rose Angel-Rummer promoted to Police Detective and is transferring to Hollywood Division Detectives starting October 23, 2000. Officer Angel-Rummer was an integral part of the LAPDOnline unit staff, performing the audits and research work. In addition, Officer Angel-Rummer created many of the graphics, both animated and montage, that are included on the pages of LAPDOnline.

Detective Angel-Rummer will be working the Hollywood Division Burglary Section and learning all the responsibilities and techniques needed to investigate and solve the crimes that occur.

In Detective Rummer's words: "To Officer Lopez del Haro I leave all my projects, audits and work. To Officer Hallock I leave my computer and to PSR Watson, I leave my desk. To Sergeant Heredero, I leave my gray hairs."

Community Relations Section and the LAPDOnline Unit wishes Detective Angel-Rummer the best in her new assignment.
