Two-Year-Old Child Abducted

"Two-Year-Old Child Abducted"

 

Los Angeles: On Wednesday, October 17, 2001, at approximately 4:00 p.m., two-year-old Daurion Moss, male Black, black hair, brown eyes, 3', 35-40 lbs., was taken from Pico Preschool located at 4410 West Pico Boulevard. The investigation revealed that Daurion was picked up by his natural mother, Brandy Nichole Skidmore who was described as a 25-year-old female Black, brown hair, brown eyes, 5'6", 270 lbs.

Skidmore took the child against a court order, which gives the grandmother temporary guardianship. Skidmore is Bipolar and she does not take her medication. She may take Daurion to Denver, Colorado where her father resides.

The Los Angeles Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating the missing child and his mother. Anyone with information should contact the Wilshire Area Watch Commander at 213-485-4022 or Wilshire Operations Support Division at 213-485-4033 during business hours.
