4 Year-Old Dies After Being Struck by a Car

 

Los Angeles: On Wednesday, October 8, 2003, at 5:25 p.m., a fatal vehicle vs. pedestrian traffic collision occurred on Cochran Avenue north of Rodeo Road in Southwest Area.

The collision occurred when a 4-year Adrian Miller was crossing Cochran Avenue mid-block. While crossing the street he was struck by a 2002 Toyota Camry traveling northbound Cochran Avenue. The vehicle was driven by a 74-year old female, resident of Los Angeles. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the collision.

Los Angeles City Fire Department paramedics transported Adrian to the hospital. He later died as a result of his injuries.

The Los Angeles Police Department South Traffic Detectives are handling this investigation. Anyone with information regarding this collision can call South Traffic Detectives at 323-290-6063 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
