On October 27, 2004, at about 11:00 a.m., detectives served a search warrant at the residence, which was located in the 8600 block of Norris Street in Sun Valley.

During the operation, detectives arrested 40 year-old Fabian Baraza at the location and booked him for 11360(A) Health and Safety Code, Possession of Marijuana for Sales.

Detectives recovered approximately 25 marijuana plants, ranging size from six to ten feet in height, and a street value of over $100,000. These marijuana plants will be displayed at the news conference.
