Open House and Haunted Pirate Shipwreck

What:
North Hollywood Division's Open House and Community Event.

When:
Saturday, October 21, 2006
10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Where:
LAPD North Hollywood Community Station
11640 Burbank Boulevard
North Hollywood, CA

Who:
Captain William R. Sweet, North Hollywood Area Commanding Officer
Captain Michael C. Williams, Patrol Commanding Officer
North Hollywood Area sworn and civilian personnel

Why:
This fun-filled annual event allows the residents to become familiar with the officers and command staff that serve the North Hollywood communities.

For the 4th year in a row, a theme Haunted Pirate Shipwreck will be offered free of charge to the community. All children who attend will be treated to arts and crafts and a complimentary goodie bag.

"Most importantly, the Open House will allow community members to meet the officers who serve them, and I am very proud of our officers at the North Hollywood Area. I hope that everyone will stop by the station and get to know us." Captain Sweet said.
