Suspect Murders Roommate in North Hollywood NR12472SF Los Angeles: Detectives from LAPD’s North Hollywood Division are asking for the public’s help to locate a murder suspect. On October 11, 2012, at 10:50 p.m., North Hollywood officers responded to a “Shots Fired” radio call in the 11700 Block of Runnymede Street in Sun Valley. When they arrived the officers found evidence of a shooting in the street. They also learned that a 31-year-old Hispanic man was transported to a local hospital by private vehicle, where he died. The suspect has not been located and the investigation is ongoing. The name of the victim is being held pending notification of family members. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked call North Hollywood Homicide Detectives Townsend or O’Donnell at 818-623-4075 or 818-623-4045. During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (877-527-3247). Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).
