81-Year-Old Woman Reported Missing NR 15359rh

On October 21, 2015, around 11:55 p.m., Mrs. Nakamura was found by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in Westwood and Santa Monica in good condition. She was reunited with her family.

Los Angeles:
The family of Grace Asano Nakamura and the Los Angeles Police Department's West Los Angeles Division are asking for the public's help in locating Mrs. Nakamura.

On October 21, 2015, around 4:30 p.m., Mrs. Nakamura was last seen by her family in the 1700 block of Sawtelle Boulevard, in the West Los Angeles Area. She suffers from dementia and her family is extremely concerned that she has not been located.

Mrs. Nakamura is described as an 81-year-old female Asian with gray hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet tall and weighs around 80 pounds.
