Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Olympic Division
Why:
The purpose is to familiarize businesses and community member with the Department, and provide a safe environment for the community during the Halloween weekend.
The carnival will include large and small rides, food, games and fun. The haunted house will take place in a vacated fire station next door to the police station.
