Los Angeles: On February 3, 2007, Frances Miguel Cuellar was arrested for Penal Code 288 Crime Against Child. Detectives' investigation revealed four juvenile victims at the time were molested by Cuella from 1996 to 2007.
All victims are in their 20s now, and the molestation occurred when they were early to mid teens. One victim lived in Los Angeles and three others lived in the City of Pico Rivera. Currently, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office is prosecuting Cuellar and has filed a total of 32 felony counts on behalf of the four current victims.
The Los Angeles Police Department wants to ensure all investigative leads are addressed and all victims are located. There is currently a "gap" in victims from 2001 until February 2007. During the investigation, photographs were located of young boys in various stages of undress, which leads detectives to believe that there are possibly more victims.
In late 2005 to early 2006, Cuellar lived in the City of Redondo Beach.
Cuellar was an avid soccer player and may have met potential victims at parks.
