The crime occurred at 2208 W. 8th St. William Penn. On February 1, 2004 at 11:35 PM, the suspect confronted victim after a verbal dispute involving gang related matters. The victim & suspect were members of the same gang. Suspect produced a handgun from his waistband and fired several rounds, striking the victim and causing his demise.
