Los Angeles: Rampart Homicide Detectives are investing the shooting death of 28 year-old Juan Mossivais and the attempt murder of 27 year-old Manuel De Larosa. The shooting occurred in front of 2523 Bellevue Avenue.

On September 6, 2003, at about 10:25p.m., Rampart Patrol Officers responded to an ambulance shooting investigation at the 2500 block of Bellevue Avenue. The suspects fled the location north bound on the 101 freeway from Bellevue Avenue.
