Man and Woman Found Shot to Death

Los Angeles: Late Saturday evening, March 25, a 49 year-old Korean man and a 50 year-old Korean woman were found shot to death in a apparent murder suicide.

LAPD officers arrived at the 300 block of Occidental Street to conduct a welfare check. They found two bodies with gunshot wounds. Paramedics arrived and declared them dead.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the female and the male had been in a dating relationship and became involved in a confrontation. The female produced a handgun and fired several times at the male. The woman then shot herself.

The names are being withheld until their families are notified.
