Public's Assistance Needed in Locating Missing Person

LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT
PRESS RELEASE
Thursday, September 9, 1999

The family of Esther Javier, an adult missing person, and the Los Angeles Police Department requests the public's assistance in locating the missing person.

Missing person, Esther Javier, was last seen on August 25, 1999 at approximately 8:00 AM. She was last seen in the in the 300 block of W. 15th Street, in the City of San Pedro. The missing person is described as a female of Philippine decent, black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet tall, 100 pounds, and 45 years of age. The missing person suffers from Cerebral Palsy and has a diminished mental capacity of a 10-12 year old. She was last seen wearing white T-shirt and blue denim shorts and white shoes.

Missing person's family will handle all the press contacts and provide additional photos.
