Los Angeles: On Tuesday, September 25, 2001, at approximately 12:10 A.M., the victim, Derek Maurice Durham, 42 years old was discovered seated in driver’s side of a 1991, 4-door, Lexus which was parked in front of 1257 West 46^th Street, Los Angeles. Mr. Durham had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead by responding Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics.

The motive for this crime is unknown. The suspect or suspects and the weapon used remain outstanding.
