"Public's Help Needed to Find Missing Person"

 

The family of Vincent Frank Meli (adult missing person) and the Los Angeles Police Department requests the public’s assistance in locating the above missing person.

Missing Person (MP), Vincent Frank Meli was last seen on September 18, 2002 when he left his residence on the 10900 block of Wellworth Ave, in Los Angeles. Vincent Meli is described as a 23-year-old male Caucasian with dark brown hair, brown eyes, 6’2", and weighs approximately 180 pounds. Vincent was wearing blue jeans, and Adidas shoes. Vincent’s physical condition is described as good. However Vincent’s family indicates that he may be suffering from depression due to a recent job loss.

Vincent Meli’s personal property and green 2000 Chevy Blazer vehicle were recovered by Hermosa Beach Police Department on September 19, 2002. A male suspect who was in possession of the missing person’s property and vehicle was arrested. The suspect stated he found the property and vehicle unattended at Dockweiler State Beach. The suspect denied any knowledge or involvement in the disappearance of Vincent Meli.
