Upon arrival, the officers learned from witnesses that a male suspect arrived at the location in order to speak to an estranged girlfriend, an employee of the business. The suspect fled the business parking lot, traveling northbound on Zelzah Avenue, from Devonshire Street. Family of the kidnap victim has described an on-going domestic dispute between the two. Further information has indicated the suspect has threatened the victim with harm, though the current whereabouts of the suspect and victim are unknown.

The suspect was described as Henry Floyd, male, Black, 5’-5", 180 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, 36 years old. His vehicle is a 1990 Honda Accord, four-door, champagne colored, California personal license plate of "HENDEN1."

The victim is a 27 year-old Nacole Richardson, female, Black, 5’-6", 142 pounds, black hair, brown eyes.
