Los Angeles: On September 15, 2003, 32 year old Richard Sathianathan was arrested by West Los Angeles Police officers at property owned by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Officers were called to the Pacific Palisades property by private security guards. Sathianathan was taken into custody and is currently being held at the Los Angeles County Twin Towers Detention Facility.

Detectives investigating the case have learned Sathianathan had gone to the property several times. Sathianathan was arraigned today on two counts of trespassing, one count of vehicle tampering, and one count of theft from vehicle. Bail was set at one hundred fifty thousand dollars.
