Multiple Shooting Leaves 2-Dead

 

Los Angeles: On Wednesday, September 17, 2003, at about 11:25 p.m., Devonshire Area patrol officers responded to a radio call regarding three victims who had been shot in a parking lot located in the 9100 block of Lindley Avenue, at the "Hooka Bar". When the officers arrived, they observed three shooting victims.

Preliminary information provided by witnesses revealed that earlier in the evening, a physical altercation had occurred in the parking lot in front of the business. Approximately one half hour later, the same individuals involved in the earlier altercation, returned to the business and once again became involved in a fight. During the fight, a suspect, described as a male Hispanic, 18-20 years of age, fired a handgun into the group striking the three victims.

The two deceased victims have been identified as 21 year-old Michael Domaloan of Chatsworth, and 23 year-old Felix Quiroz of Van Nuys. The third victim who is in serious condition, identity is being withheld due to investigative concerns.

There are no suspects in custody at this time.
