Los Angeles: On September 5, 2004, at 9:30 p.m., a Reseda
resident in the 8200 block of Tunney Avenue saw a man staggering southbound
on the sidewalk. The man collapsed, he appeared to be critically injured and
had blood on his shirt. A witness called "911" and the responding Los
Angeles City Paramedics transported the victim to Northridge Hospital.
The victim passed away at 10:10 p.m. as the result of an apparent stab
wound to the chest.
The identity and motive for the crime is unknown. The victim is described
as a male Hispanic, approximately 20 years-old, 5’6", 160 pounds and had a
pierced stud earring in his left ear.
He was wearing a gray t-shirt with the words "Las Vegas Nevada" on the
front, blue Levi’s jeans, and black tennis shoes.
No suspects have been identified or arrested.
