Why:
The City and County of Los Angeles along with the Los Angeles Police Department Detectives from the Criminal Conspiracy Section are asking for the public’s assistance in obtaining information, which would identify the person(s) responsible for this heinous crime. On  January 2, 1993, Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to the scene of a fire at the 800 block of North Avenue 50 in Highland  Park.  The victims, Veronica Ultreras, 22-years-old and her daughter Cynthia Ultreras, 3-years-old, were discovered inside the residence.
