News Conference to Announce a Reward

News Conference to announce a reward being offered for the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the murder of Francisco Vivas

Deputy Chief Cayler Carter
Central Detectives
Members of the victim's family

Why:
On May 6th, 2005, at 11:55 p.m. 35 year-old Francisco Vivas was walking near his home in the William Mead Housing Development when an unknown assailant shot and killed him. The suspect fled the scene in a white sport utility vehicle and has not been identified.

A photograph of the victim will be shown during the news conference.
