When officers arrived, they found two victims, reportedly brothers, who appeared to have been shot by the same suspect(s). Albert Rushing, a male Black, 63, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and expired prior to the officers' arrival. Monroe Brazill, a male Black, 51, was rushed by paramedics to a local hospital in serious but stable condition.

The unknown suspect(s) may have left the scene in a newer model black vehicle with tinted windows.
