70-Year-Old, Alzheimer Man Missing

Los Angeles: A local family and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s help in finding a 70-year-old man missing from the LAPD’s Northeast Division area.

Jose Leal Sanchez was last seen on September 1, 2010, when he left his home, located in the 1500 block of Hepner Avenue.  It is believed he may be driving a 2006 Nissan, Sentra, blue in color, license number 5TMC758.  Sanchez suffers from Alzheimers and is in need of his medication.

Sanchez is described as a male Hispanic, grey hair and brown eyes.  He stands about five feet seven inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.  He was last seen wearing green Docker pants and a Hawaiian print shirt.
