Detectives Need the Public’s Help to Identify Burnt Remains NR14342lp

Los Angeles:  Los Angeles Police Department West Bureau Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the identification of a burnt body.

On Sunday, September 14, 2014, around 9:30 p.m., Olympic Division patrol officers and the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a brush fire at the 1100 block of South Harvard Boulevard. Once the fire had been put out, a body was found on the sidewalk.

The body appears to be a male of medium height and weight.
