$25,000 Reward for Information on the Murder of Robert Easley

REWARD EXPIRED

The City of Las Angeles is offering a reward of $25,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest, and prosecution of the person or persons responsible for the death of Mr. Robert Easley, a male Caucasian, 49 years of age.

On June 25, 1998, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Mr. Easley was involved in a traffic collision with a blue Mazda 626 near the intersection of Alma and 30th Streets in Harbor Area. The suspect driver of the Mazda exited his vehicle, confronted the victim, then shot the victim causing his demise.

The Los Angeles Police Department is requesting your help in identifying the person or persons responsible for this murder. If you know who committed this crime, or if you have any information about the murder, please contact the Los Angeles Police Department immediately. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

If you have any information, contact Detectives T. Fathauer or S. Masterson, South Bureau Homicide, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m., at (213) 237-1310. During non-business hours and on weekends and holidays, contact Detective Headquarters Division at (213) 485-2504.
