Deputy Chief Kenneth O. Garner was one of the Los Angeles Police Department’s finest who   provided quality service to the citizens of Los Angeles from June 6, 1977 until his passing March 1, 2009.  This will be an exciting day for the members of our Department, as well as the community to pay tribute to his legacy, commitment to leadership, and dedicated services.
