Why:
To assist homicide detectives with information leading to the arrest and prosecution of suspect(s) for a homicide that occurred on September 17, 2013, at 7421 South Broadway. At around 8:50 p.m., the victim was working as a store clerk at the Happy Bargain 99 Cent Store.  A suspect described only as a male Black, walked into the store, robbed the store and shot Martha Sanchez multiple times in the torso.  The suspect then fled the store on foot and was last seen running away south on Broadway.

The Criminal Gang Homicide Division Commanding Officer will give an overview of the events leading to the homicide.  Detectives will be available to address any specific questions.
