Note: Family members of the victim will be in attendance and available to the media.

WHY: On July 26th, 2019, Keisha Saravia, the mother of five young children, parked her vehicle across from her residence on Main Street south of 117th Street. Keisha, nine months pregnant attempted to cross Main Street when she was struck by a vehicle driving Northbound on Main Street. After the collision, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene without providing aid or identifying himself, as required by law.

This press conference is being scheduled to announce the reward to be offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person driving the vehicle. The reward may convince a reluctant family member or person close to him or her to come forward and provide information that will result in the location and arrest.
