| On October 9, 1992, at approximately 2220 hours, the suspect was driving a 1981 Chevrolet Malibu when he collided with the right rear of a 1975 Dodge Dart, killing a passenger seated in the rear of the Dart. The accident occurred at Normandie Avenue and 37TH Place. The suspect provided officers with false information at the time of the investigation. After a lengthy follow-up investigation, a warrant was issued for his arrest for 192(c)(1) PC—Vehicular Manslaughter and 20001 VC—Hit and Run, Felony. |
