Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is requesting the assistance of the media to provide the public with the following information to assist law enforcement efforts in locating a child taken by his father.

On Monday, April 7, 2003, at approximately 11:45 a.m., the missing child’s mother went to Southeast Area Station to report that she had observed the suspect sexually molesting her biological nine year-old daughter; who is the suspect’s step-daughter.
