Caretaker Seeking Help in Finding Developmentally Disabled Woman
Los Angeles: The caretaker of a developmentally disabled woman identified as 24-year-old Katherine Jones and the Los Angeles Police Department are requesting the public's assistance in finding her.
On April 7, 2009, at around 3:00 p.m., Jones was riding on a group-home bus when she suddenly became aggressive and kicked out the window of the bus and ran. She was last seen running near 105th Street and Freeman Avenue.
Jones has the mental capacity of an 11-year-old. She is described as African American with black hair, and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 235 pounds.
In the past, Jones has frequented the area of La Brea Avenue and Coliseum Street.
