Why:
Fifty-one-year-old Mario De Leon was fatally shot near 29th Street and Crenshaw Boulevard on March 23, 2010.  Detectives say he was walking with his wife when a suspect pointed a handgun meant for another man walking behind the couple and fired multiple shots.  The shots missed the intended target and struck De Leon.  The gunman remains at large.  A reward is being offered to help track down the suspect.
