60-Year-Old Female in Los Angeles Reported Missing NR15109jr

Los Angeles: The family of Zakiyyah Elamin and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Person's Unit are requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 60-year-old female resident of Los Angeles.

On March 23, 2015, around 7 a.m., Ms. Zakiyyah Elamin was last seen in the 1000 block of West 39th Street in the City of Los Angeles. Considering her age, Ms. Elamin's family is extremely concerned for her safety. Zakiyyah Elamin is described as a 60-year-old Black female, with brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 4 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 150 pounds.

Anyone with information on Zakiyyah Elamin's whereabouts is asked to contact the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at (213) 996-1800.
