Mr. Garland has been found in good condition and reunited with his family.

Los Angeles: The Family of Arthur Lee Garland and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

Arthur was last seen on March 2, 2016 around 12:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of 39th Place in the City of Los Angeles. Arthur is currently under a doctor’s care and needs his medication. His family is extremely concerned for his safety.

Arthur is described as a 63-year-old male black with grey hair and brown eyes. He stands 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing white t-shirt, black Adidas jacket, grey sweatpants, and utilizes a wheelchair.
