We recognize that the current state of affairs has caused a need for difficult and painful decisions, and that the civilian employees of the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department and Topanga Area will be impacted. As these daily challenges affect our civilian staff, we recognize and appreciate their continued dedication and professionalism towards the citizens of Los Angeles, Topanga Area communities and sworn personnel. It is without this continuous dedication, which is noticeably recognized, that Topanga Area would like to acknowledge their civilian staff, both as a group and as individuals, for their contributions and daily efforts which make Topanga a better place to be.
