Detectives Looking For Sexual Assault Victims

Los Angeles: On April 3, 2004, at about 12:15 p.m., a Hispanic man working as a security guard in the 12000 block of Roscoe Boulevard, approached a female and convinced her that she needed religious healing. The female followed him to a secluded location where she was sexually assaulted by the man under the belief of spiritual cleaning.

The suspect is described as a 23 year-old male Hispanic, black hair, hazel eyes, 5’11", 320 pounds, wears glasses, and is dressed in a security guard uniform. The suspect is believed to have committed several similar crimes by seducing or enticing young females into entering secluded areas.

Anyone with information regarding this incident or believes that they are a victim of this suspect is urged to contact Detectives Castro or Curtis, Operations Valley Bureau, Sexual Assault Unit, at 818-756-8111. On weekends and during off-hours, contact the 24-hour toll free number at the Detective information Desk, at 1-877-LAWFULL (1-877-529-3855).
