Critical Missing Person
West Hills - The family of Fred Alan DeVoogd (adult missing person) and the Los Angeles Police Department request the public's assistance in locating the below missing person.
Missing person (MP) Fred DeVoogd, was last seen on June 8, 2000 at approximately 10:00 p.m. when he walked away from his group home located in the 2200 block of Marlin Place in West Hills located in the city of Los Angeles. The MP is described as a 36-year-old male white with light brown hair and brown eyes. MP is 5 foot 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 210 pounds. MP was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, dark blue sweat pants and square shaped eyeglasses.
The family of Fred DeVoogd advises the MP is moderately retarded with the mental capacity of an 8 or 9 year-old and suffers seizures when he does not take his medication.
