Sexual Assault Suspect Arrested NR18208rh

Sylmar: The Los Angeles Police Department's Mission Area Detectives have identified and captured an individual who sexually assaulted three minors under 12 years old.

On July 17, 2018, a victim made a police report which indicated Enrique Ramirez sexually assaulted him several times. The sexual assaults occurred in a store where Ramirez works, called American Dollar Plus, located at 12737 Glenoaks Blvd. #17 in Sylmar, CA.

On July 20, 2018, an additional victim came forward and reported Ramirez continually sexually assaulted him over a ten-month period at the American Dollar Plus.

On July 26, 2018, around 10:15 a.m., Mission Area Detectives served a search warrant at Ramirez' business and took him into police custody without incident.

Detectives have provided a photograph of Ramirez and American Dollar Plus in the event there are additional victims or other unreported incidents and are asking for the public's assistance in locating them.

The case was presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, 3 felony counts were filed. The bail was set at $1,800,000.00.
