Why:
On June 13, 2007, an 8-year-old boy walking from Erwin Street Elementary School in Van Nuys was sexually assaulted.
The boy's babysitter lost sight of the boy when he ran ahead of her. A male Hispanic grabbed the boy and pulled him into car.The man drove to a secondary locations and assaulted the boy.
