WHAT:
News Conference to remind parents and motorist to be vigilant for potential safety hazards during Halloween.

NOTE:
Visuals include a parade of elementary school children in Halloween costumes. A display of traditional wrapped candy and its look-a-like of marijuana laced candy wrappers will be shown.
