Critical Missing 48-Year-Old Male NR18268ml

Los Angeles: The family of Valadimir Povolotsky and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Van Nuys Area are asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.

On October 22, 2018, around 4:15 p.m., Povolotsky was last seen near the 14900 block of Burbank Boulevard, in Van Nuys. Povoltsky
has not been seen or heard from and his family is concerned for his safety.

Povolotsky is described as a 48-year-old white, male with brown hair and brown eyes, who suffered a traumatic brain injury a week ago. He stands at 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing approximately 170 lbs.

Povolotsky has the mental capacity of a five-year-old, and was last seen wearing black scrubs. He has no cell phone, no money and is non-verbal.

Povoltsky was at University Medical Center receiving an MRI when he left the facility to meet his father in the parking lot.
