The concert will be headlined by legendary rock singer Paul Rodgers and Smith's own band Heaven & Earth.

All the artists involved have donated their time and 100% of the proceeds raised will go to the Los Angeles Police Memorial Foundation. The concert is sponsored by The Avalon, All Access Magazine, Taser Corporation, Fender Guitars, Gibson Guitars and Black Star Records.

Alan Atkins, Executive Director, Los Angeles Police Memorial Foundation and Special Reserve Officer and Heaven and Earth guitarist Stuart Smith will be available for interviews on Tuesday.
