West Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department burglary detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding out the identity and any information that would lead to the arrest of two burglary suspects whose images were caught on surveillance tape stealing computer equipment in the West Los Angeles area.

On September 22, 2010, between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m., two suspects gained entry to an unsecured business office in the 1900 block of Sawtelle Boulevard.  Once inside the location, the pair stole four computers, a computer server, an iPod and a digital camera, and then left the scene in an unknown vehicle.

Police described the suspects as two 30-year-old African American men.

The first suspect is described as 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a red and blue jacket, tan pants, and brown shoes.

The second suspect is described as 6 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 5 inches tall with a beard.  He weighs about 250 pounds and was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, white shirt with the word “punk” written on the front and the number “83” on the back, dark pants and dark shoes.

Anyone with information about this crime is urged to call West Los Angeles burglary detectives at 310-444-1523 or 310-444-1522.  During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7.  Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).
