Family Seeks Help Locating Critical Missing Family Member

Winnetka – On Friday, February 2, 2001, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Cilo Hidaldo left his residence at 18950 Saticoy Street on his motorized wheel chair. Cilo is wheel chair bound. Cilo is 29 years-old but has the mental learning capacity of an 8 year-old child. He is 5’7", 200 lbs, has brown hair, blue eyes and wears glasses.
Hidaldo left home yesterday wearing a black collared polo T-shirt with a diamond print, black pants and black shoes. He was also wearing a gray Raider’s jacket and a green baseball cap with Pierce College embroidered on the cap.
Cilo Hidaldo likes to frequent the Panorama City Mall and was last seen there by security guards at around 10:00 p.m. on Friday night, February 2, 2001. Cilo has very little money and only a bus pass for transportation.
A command post to search for Cilo Hidaldo has been set up at West Valley Area Community Police Station and police are currently looking for Cilo Hidaldo. Anyone with information regarding Cilo Hidaldo’s whereabouts should call the West Valley Division Patrol Desk at (818) 756-8543.

Cilo Hidaldo returned home on Saturday, February 3, 2000 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Cilo Hidaldo had apparently spent the night in an all night diner and returned safely to his home the next evening.
